Here's what you can expect when booking our 80s Cover Band as a step by step guide:


  • You let us know the date of your event and the venue location and we will quote you for the various line up options (ie Duo, Trio or 4 piece 80s cover band)
  • If you want to make a confirmed booking, we will then e mail you a blank contract to fill in and e mail back to us with your venue / timings / details etc.
  • We check and sign this, e mailing it back to you for signing.
  • A 20% deposit is required in advance to secure the date of the booking ( payable via BACS or cheque) and the rest is payable in cash on the night.


  • Two weeks in advance of the show we will e mail you a confirmation of all the payments received and balance payable plus a checklist to ensure your event goes as smoothly as possible
  • Our band leader will call you in the week of the show to run through the finer points eg parking / access/ unloading / double checking contract details etc


  • The band will arrive at least an hour to an hour and a half prior to your guests arriving in order to set up the PA and stage lighting and soundcheck the equipment.The room does ideally need to be empty at this stage for the most professional set up.
  • After the band have set up, this is the best time to have their meals ( our rider does state hot meals / soft drinks for each band member)
  • Payment of the balance needs to be made at this point also.
  • If there is a DJ there also the band will ensure they have a copy of the set lists to avoid duplication. If not then we can play music through our system when not on stage ( either our music or yours ( IPOD mixes are great for that)
  • The band will get into costume approx 30-45 minutes before the start of the first set and need a secure, clean changing room for this ( which can also serve as a green room ( ie somewhere to wait).
  • The band performs the first set ( shows can be 1-3 sets long) with breaks minimum of 15 minutes in between, longer if you prefer.
  • After the final set, the band may either play music if agreed by you until 12am usually or once they have changed, start to pack down the equipment.
